Rubber Sheeting
Vibra Manufacturing produces bespoke rubber sheeting and rubber pads to suit a wide range of industrial applications.
Unlike standard rubber supplied in continuous rolls, our rubber sheeting is manufactured to order, allowing us to offer different material grades, thicknesses and finished sizes to suit individual customer requirements.
Rubber sheeting is typically used for gaskets, seals, packing pieces, machinery pads, surface protection, wear pads, protective linings and general industrial applications.
Rubber Sheet Sizes and Thicknesses
Our rubber sheet options can be manufactured up to approximately 1200mm x 1200mm, with thicknesses ranging from 2mm up to 25mm.
We can manufacture anything from one-off or prototype requirements through to repeat production quantities, depending on the size, material and specification required. We can also manufacture and cut smaller bespoke sizes, from individual rubber sheets through to small rubber pads from approximately 100mm x 100mm, depending on the application and quantity required.

Rubber Sheeting and Rubber Pad Materials
We can manufacture rubber sheeting and rubber pads in a range of materials, including:
- Natural Rubber (NR)
- EPDM Rubber
- Nitrile Rubber (NBR)
- Neoprene Rubber (CR)
The most suitable rubber grade will depend on the application, operating environment and required properties. Natural rubber offers good flexibility and abrasion resistance for general-purpose use; EPDM performs well in outdoor and weathering conditions; nitrile suits oil, fuel, and hydraulic fluid exposure; and neoprene provides a balance of weather resistance and moderate oil resistance.

All of our rubber sheeting is manufactured to order rather than supplied as standard rolls. This gives us the flexibility to produce bespoke sizes and thicknesses for industrial applications.

Where required, we can also discuss rubber-to-metal applications and other bespoke moulded or bonded rubber components for applications where standard sheet material isn’t suitable.
Rubber Sheeting and Rubber Pads By Industry
At Vibra Manufacturing, we work with a range of different industries to supply high-quality rubber sheeting and pads.
Construction rubber sheeting is used for surface protection, packing pieces, and gasket material cut to suit fabricated steelwork and structural joints. General engineering and machinery rubber pads and sheeting provide vibration isolation under machinery, equipment mounting, and wear-resistant surface lining for equipment housings. Marine and offshore rubber sheeting and pads provide vibration damping and gasket material resistant to saltwater and weathering exposure.
