3. Online Quotations and Enquiries

Customers may request a quotation through our website’s “Request a Quote” or “Contact” form.
All online quotations are non-binding and provided for estimation purposes only until confirmed in writing by VIBRA MANUFACTURING LTD.
Formal quotations will include pricing, lead time, and terms of sale.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled except by mutual agreement and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Prices exclude VAT, shipping, insurance, duties, and other applicable taxes.

Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
We ship across the UK and internationally using trusted carriers.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, transportation issues, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Returns, Warranty & Quality Assurance

Goods must be inspected upon delivery. Any claims for shortages or defects must be made within 7 days.
We warrant that our rubber products are free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery under normal use.
Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, chemical degradation, or modifications made by the customer.

8. Export and International Orders

The buyer is responsible for compliance with all import/export laws, regulations, and customs procedures in their country.
Any duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We adhere to all UK export control and trade compliance regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, moulds, drawings, and technical data remain the property of VIBRA MANUFACTURING LTD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
